I bought my house from Hayden after a lucky meeting in the Crown in Alrewas. Following a bit of negotiation, a price was agreed, with a cash payment to avoid a bit of 'tax'.  Anyway, I met Hayden in the pub with an envelope with some cash in it. The amount was correct, but he didn't count it as we knew each other. He said we'll celebrate the deal with a beer, of he went and dually returned with a half pint!!
